You can also check with Fin-Addict. I know he's had used tanks for sale in there before.

Aquatek in Austin also has a consignment area with equipment and I have sometimes seen a tank setup in there as well.

Austin Aquariums also used to do consignment. Not sure if they do with the new owners though. I've heard some issues with past management and consignment though...
