Small little critters in my biocube are they good or bad?

I am new to saltwater so Im still learning what is good and bad but the other day I noticed very small white beetle like bugs crawling around even noticed a couple that were fighting hehe wondering if these bugs are good or bad?

copepods maybe? If so, theyre good!
