So does it seem like for ever until your fish arrives home?
Well I have a couple questions.
1.Has anyone had a DOA fish? or it die between the 14day period?
2.Was it hard to get your money back?
3.Do they request you to ship the dead fish back?

Thanks MAAST.

Its my first order so im kinda jumpy at the fact im getting a fish through FedEx

LOL, FedEx is better than UPS, but then again, either one of them can lose your stuff or show up late. I ordered from them once and didn't have any problems. I did know someone who ordered a big group order and had some dead on arrival stuff. I think they had to put it in a bag and freeze it to send back.

Liveaquaria has a DOA policy, but its always 50/50 when shipping is involved.
Ive had alot of FedEx and UPS deliveries, and FedEx is waaaay better IMO.
I think it should be fine though.

I think that means, 'cross your fingers'.

Unfortunatley shipping livestock is always risky. Good luck and always buy from someone reputable.

Ok so the order came in about 1pm. There was a mix up in a fish a reccieved but I got 2 free fish with the price of the original fish credited to my account. I had 2 cichlids die on me and got credit to my account. So Im really happy with DR. F&S and LiveAquaria. Nice customer service

That's good to know. I've been tempted to order from them before. They sometimes carry some really rare things, but our LFS's can usually order or price match anything off liveaquaria.
