While browsing today I saw an ad for the Sequence dart needlewheel pump called the Orca. I was quite impressed. Anyone ever seen one? It is meant to be a skimmer pump and sounds awesome. It says in the ad I read that details and specs are still out. Who thinks this bad boy will churn 3,000GPH in a monster skimmer made by Ace?

Look for Spazz on ReefCentral. He's the only one I know of that has made the Dart Needlewheel pumps. For a large tank vs the power consumption...they look bad *****. A decent amount of coin to set up though....if you have him build the whole skimmer that is.

Yeh, I saw that monster on premiumaquatics website yesterday. Should make for a massive needle wheel skimmer that should handle a very large tank.
Here's the link if anybody wants to get ideas.
