Guidelines for the Frag Swap:

-Please label all bags with what's inside

-Come up with a dollar value and write it on the front of the bag. This helps reefers that don't have anything to trade and wish to purchase the frag from you. It also keeps disputes to a minimum as the price is clearly stated

-If at all possible, shots of the mother colony are always appreciated. It allows people to see what they're buying

If anyone can think of anything else please post the suggestion

i can tell it's a great group of people already. i've been given several things for my tank when i first got it up and running, and all the advice... it's just amazing. and no matter how many questions i ask, or how stupid they are, everyone just answers them and makes me feel good about asking.

my kids are 1 and 3.

can i bring anything as far as food goes? or drinks? how does that normally work?

3 plain brown Acro mounted on plugs
1 nice piece of purple rim Cap mounted on plug
1 tricolor base ( no color ) Freebie
2 bags cheato

Looking forward to meeting the newbies and seeing everyone! I'll also be bringing frags....mostly softies except for cap

1. I had a LARGE (prob a foot) purple rim Cap break that gave way....so I'll be breaking it up and bringing some really nice size pieces...
2. Some Kenya Trees mounted on good size rocks...(Capnella imbricata) (Approx 6" high or more)
3. Green star polyps...
4. LOTS of grape caulerpa (zip lock bags)
5. 2 Medium size clam shells encrusted with Waving Hand Coral (Anthelia) - sorta resembles Clove Polyps but much longer....
etc.

I recently took my reef system down and am in the process of revamping. I would like to get my tank drilled instead of re-setting up the overhanging filter box. Is anyone coming to the fraq swap that might be interested in performing this task? If so, I will bring my tank...

There where some of us that tried to set up arrangements but no one steped up to help us out. I tried to get out of work to make the meeting but when you are the only one that can operate a 911 system I guess that comes before fun time. :blink
