Our girls named the tang Sunshine. Sunshine is a camera ham. We got the bi-color tree sponge today at CB's. Had just the spot for it in mind when we got it. Anyway I think it's a decent pic.

2 things. Use a timer and Turn your lights in the room & flash off. Now try taking some more. Still a nice picture BTW. -SoLiD

Why the timer?

Well actually a timer and a tripod. When you are taking macro pictures such as we do, there is a tendecy to slightly move the camera when you press the button to take your picture. This results in a blurred image. If there is no movement of your camera while your pictures are taken the end result is clearer pictures. -SoLiD

thanks for the tips. I don't have a tripod but I'm sure I can figure something out. I'll try again. It's kind of funny out of the 600 pics I've taken this is one of the best. :-)

Tripods are very cheap. About $10-$20 at Walmart. They really help. Good Luck. -SoLiD

Oh and make sure your digital camera has the MACRO option selected. It looks like a tulip or a flower. It is meant for close up pictures with in 3 feet of your subject.

Don't use the macro option for a full tank shot.
