Mounting a Reef Optix III in a Canopy - How?

Ok guys, I'll admit I am not the most mechanically gifted guy in the world. I read somewhere you can mount one of these in a canopy with an L bracket?

How? Help a slow-witted reefer? Pictures would really help!!

However you do it, make sure theres plenty of air space between the pendant and the inside of your canopy for ventilation. L brackets would work fine.
