sea clone mod

anyone have any mod ideas for a seaclone skimmer :( cant afford a nicer skimmer but want to boost the power on the one i have

Same one all reef club has been talking about. Altering the blade with fish wire, screens, and other stop to increase finer bubbles. Ohh and getting a larger air valve hose.

today i just poked holes in the impeller blade w/ the end of a hot paperclip and...awesome dark wonderful smelly skim works great

throw some really thin fishin line on it it will make it like a needle wheel

yea just leave extra slack on both ends to tie and trim off excess slack after you tie with nail clippers. Its super easy even a caveman can do it! Just make sure the string is nice and tight so it doesnt get caught anywhere.
