cleaning angel?

does anyone know, or ever heard of a french angel cleaning another fish , i just saw something on another site about this guys new french angel and how its been cleaning his powder blue, it had pics too.. here they are. does anyone know anything?

In the ocean juvenile and some adult angels are cleaners
