Can someone post a detaild outline on how to get pics from point A to point B? I have a cheap-o camera phone that uses Verizon's "Pix Place" as the host but its not giving me the information I need to post pics here on MAAST. Any help would be appreciated, if this has already been covered, a link would work, nothing tunrs up using search.
Thanks!

Jim - I looked at that place. I have got no idea. I cannot get into the site. You could try doing a Right Click and "Copy Image Location" and then paste here on MAAST between the image tags your link here. Most photo site give you access to the links to the pictures I cannot tell if this site does or not.

Thanks Mark, I know, that place is kinda goofy, you heve to supply your cell number and a password to log in. I had a feeling this was gonna be a PITA! I should be getting a real camera soon so Ill probablytry to use Photobucket or a similar service. Thanks for checkin it out for me bud. Ill try the right click approach.

I dont know if i fully understood what your talking about or how your service works cause all ive ever had is Sprint but could you email the pictures to yourself and them upload them into photobucket?

Actually that is probably the way to do it. Email to self then upload to a photo site. Then post to MAAST.

One other possibility. I have a Sprint Camera phone and I bought a cable to connect to my PC. Found some nifty software called BitPim, http://www.bitpim.org/, to extract the pictures straight to my PC. Works great.

no dice here. I copied your picture URL in a new browser and photobucket says the file is missing. Did you delete or move the file in photobucket somewhere? (Example: create a subfolder in your main photobucket folder and move the photo in there? Doing so will cause the link not to work anymore...)

I have the 6.1 It's a great camera but... I don't feel I have enough control to block out all the blue from "full tank" shots. The macro works great. The software is excellent.

In order to share images on the web, they need to be somewhere on the web. Upload your images for free to photobucket.com first. Under each image, you'll see three possible tag commands. The one you'll want to use on this message board will be start with [ img]

What you do is triple click that line to get it highlighted in blue, then right click to get a little pop up menu. Select Copy. Now come to your thread here on MAAST, and right click in the message editor again. Click Paste.

That's it. Click Preview to make sure your image displayed before you click Submit.

Jim and Steve ya'll need to come talk to my wife about too many hobbies so she understands I am not just ignoring her. I keep trying to tell her that it is excercise running to flip 'em back over. They also double as mechanical engineering learning material for my 6 y/o son. Some people just do not understand that - yes you do really at least 8 different vehicles.
