Spots on Acro!!

I notice some small spots on my acro and am praying its not fatworms. What are the symptoms i should watch out for?? Does it usually start at the base and work its self up? These spot are middle closser to the top fo the frag. I took them out and dipped them. I also have tons of those asteria stars that I've noticed crawlig on frags. Any help is greatly appreciated. I just want to know what to lookout for.
