I am hoping to get some tree sponges for my seahorse tank. Are these too difficult to deal with?

Nope, one of the easiest things to keep in a sw tank IMO

just be sure you dont ever expose them to the air. i have a sponge (orange something - not a ball or tree) that was looking pretty bad for a while, then felipe at FA suggested adding ZoeCon to the water occasionally - it really improved the color and the sponge is very healthy now.
