any place in town sell co2 proof tubing for a calcium reactor? or will regular airline tubing be ok

LDPE tubing, aka icemaker hose, works perfect. "CO2 proof" is yet another scam of the aquarium trade. Any polyethelene tubing is "CO2 proof" whatever that means.

I think CO2 proof means that it is not permeable to CO2, like silicone tubing for example. Maybe it's just a big scam because there is such a huge amount of money to be made off of tubing for calcium reactors.
