What is the going rate for a hole to be drilled?

Aquatic Warehouse drills holes for $25 each. It will take no more than 15 min per hole and it is done with a drill press, brass tube bit, and a carbide grain. The tank must be empty. Bring it by tomorrow and it will be done tomorrow.

I don't actually do the drilling myself, Louis does them. But he can currently drill a hole that will fit a 1 in or 1 1/2 in bulkhead. Bigger is possible, but the hardware would have to be ordered. So of course, if you need let us know in advance.
