Fin Problems?

Does it look like there is a major problem with my tang? The tail fin was split a while back when he got into it with a yellow tang. (The yellow tang is no longer with us, may he rest in peace.) But, lately it seems to have gotten a little worse. And, I've noticed his dorsal fin has kind of flattened out at the top. It used to be more rounded. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Other than his fins, he looks fine and eats like a pig.
