Ice Cap Ballast out?

Help, I have an Ice Cap Ballast that may have gone out. I have a 75 gallon Reef of softies & the Ice Cap is probably just over 3 year old (of course I noticed the warranty is 3 years). I came home last night after being out of town to a tank that looks like the light has been off for at least 24 hours if not longer. Not sure what to do since I am electronically challanged to say the least. I have been thinking of upgrading anyway so maybe this is the time to do it. Thanks - Jana

Have you checked the fuse?

How old are the bulbs? If one is bad then both will not light up.

If its dead, send it back and they will refurbish it for like 75$. Softies would do just fine for a few days under your VHO tubes run on a normal shop light ballast from home Depot or find someone on the boards with one to lend.
