Just Wondering.......Coral Grafting

Is coral grafting possible? I mean the way people do trees, bushes and such. Can a person take a piece of one kind of sps and graft it to a different spieces of sps and see what results?

I can't see how that would be possible, with the whole living soft tissue. I have sucessfuly grafted a peach limb to a pear tree once. It was kind of cool. As for the corals, It seems like one would try to overgrow the other as a survival tactic.

Yes, it can be done with both SPS and LPS. It is hit or miss on the success rate. The polyps may fight to the death and you will have an obvious line of dead skeleton exposed. Sometimes grafts just happen naturally.
