Hello fellow maaster's, just thought I would finally post some pictures of my current set up that I have been working on for the past year. I look forward to advancing my ability to harvest new things and end up with a very good reef tank like some of you guys have.
My current setup begins with a 75g rr oceanic brick tank w/ custom canopy and stand. I am running 1 400w mh 20k bulb w/ 2 vho actinics. I have to silenx fans(thanks to Austin Aquarium for these awesome silent fans) I also just added a 1/10th hp chiller. I am running a 12mag in return from my sump w/ a protein skimmer. For flow I am running 1 seio m820 and 2 mj 900's w/ hydro's for movement. I do plan on adding another seio and eliminating the 2 mj's and also adding a wave maker of some sort.
My current live stock consists of 2 true percula, 1 regal blue tang, 1 key hole angel, 1 six line wrasse, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 blue linkia that has been with me since the begining, thank god, and misc crabs and snails. I also have 1 hammer coral, some zenia, mushrooms, 1 leather, 1 orange tube anemone. I have gone through a lot of fish but so far have been very succesful w/ my current set up. Hopefully I can keep it that way.
I hope I can get some good feed back from you guys about my tank and what I can do to make it better and prepare for setting it up for a reef tank. Open to all suggestions. Sorry about the pics. I new here.

Well, the first thing that comes to mind if you really want to get a good "reef" tank going is more lights. Your going to need more than one MH on that tank. It is 48" long correct? You should have at least 2 maybe 3. If you wanted, you could add 1 250w on each side of the 400w, might be kinda cool.
