The reeflux is their new line of bulb that has I believe more white to blue spectrum than their standard 10K did. At least that is what I have understood from what I've read.
That's a good deal depending on what they want for shipping and a great deal if they are the reflux bulbs.

oh and do you know if these things are mark with the coralvue brand....since im buying them from ebay...im kinda hesitant because they may substitue a cheap blub and call it a coralvue.......

IME Coralvue bulbs are marked with Coralvue. Be careful since the deal sounds too good to be true. Make sure they have a return policy or your going to have a headache trying to get your money back if they aren't what it says they are.

Pay using a safe credit card. Paypal will also help at times. If it is a fraud they will charge back. Of course write a review for us all.

You can get the Reeflux bulbs from Federick @ coralreefbazaar.com and he'll ship to SA for free. At least that's the last I heard.

For a test I installed one 250w 14K Coral Vue lamp and a 175w Coral Vue 12K Reeflux lamp next to each in my 155 and four people in my office thought the 175 was brighter. The color was amazingly the same. Only the meter knew the 250w put out more light. Reeflux lamps are made for Electronic ballast. They will work on Mag but are not as bright.

I love my reeflux bulbs. I'm using 2 250w 10k's and they are sweet and so are my colors.

Hi Jim... no I'm not right now. But only cause I need a ballast for the actinics. lol.. Not any other reason than that.
Wish I had some pics to show you of some of your frags..

I lost a couple when we redid my tank. But what I have left is simply awesome.
