Snail and Hermit packs

Anybody know of any vendors who have really good prices on snails and hermit packs??? I will be neeing quite a few for a 70 gal and small 3 gal. Preferably a store in the Austin or San antonio area.

I don't know of any stores in ATX that offer kits. I do know that Aquatek used to lower the price for buying large amounts of snails or hermits. It's been awhile since I've checked the prices on them though.

Jason at Fishy Business can get you a good price on snails and crabs. He is located on Nachadoches (sp) Rd in SA and is a sponser of MAAST. I have had good luck with his stuff.

When I started my 75 gallon, I called all of the stores in town for their prices on the different critters I wanted in my clean up crew. Then I priced all that I could find on the internet. Once I found the best deal, I took my list and the competitor's prices over to Austin Aquariums. They gave me a deal that rivaled my internet find. It was nice to be able to get the internet prices honored here in Austin. Other places may do that as well. I doubt anyone would lower their prices unless you have a large order. I ordered over 100 clean up critters, so it was worth it to them to match the price.

On another note, I may be able to spare a few blue legs for .50 each. I don't have a ton, but I could get you at least 10. PM me if you are interested.
