Saw this at MACNA,, PHytoplankon, Zooplankton, Macroalgae for feeding clams, sps, etc.... any thoughts on actively feeding your SPS corals.. what about experiences with growth or colorchanges as a result.. anyone willing to run a controlled test to see if this product makes a difference and what effects it might have on overall tank chemistry?

I've been feeding with phyto for 8 months now w/o any problems, it is making my clam grow at an alarming rate though. No water issues but no large difference with my SPS. It does make my candy canes flare up when I add phyto as well as bring the nassarius out of the woodwork.

good info thanks, the sps wouldn't go for the phyto anyway ,, they would like the zooplankton.... rotifers and such. i do have a clam that could benefit from the phyto

I've literally watched my clam double in size in the last month and a half since I got it.
