is there an easier way to remove this from my glass (actually acrylic) other than scraping it with a credit card?
thanks in advance for any tips/tricks!

You're welcome. Keeping a fresh blade in helps alot. I also use a white acrylic 'sponge' cleaner afterward to make sure I got all of it.

Ive made my own scrapers by cutting a 45° angle on a piece of plexiglass with a mitre saw, works great, just have to keep the edge sharp.
