Help with Icecap 660

I just took out all my bulbs to change them around and now one of my ballasts keep blowing the fuse and wont power three of the bulbs. Have replaced the fuse like 5 times now and it instantly blows. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do?

Try checking all your connections and make sure there is no water or salt creep on any of the wiring. If you still have trouble contact IceCap directly, they give excellent customer support over the telephone.

Ditto what Louis said. In a worst case, send it back to them. Oh, and make SURE you the end caps oriented right.
