identification please

I have this clear mucus blob with a lot of white stuff through out overgrowing a zoo rock. My zoos are inbedded in it on one side of the rock. In the pic it looks yellow but it's really clear. I'm thinking sponge but I don't know. anyone?

Most likely sponge of some sort, I have patches of it all over my tank. It'll sometimes act as a binder between two rocks. Shouldnt harm your zoos at all.
