can some one tell me the best way to transfer contents of one tank to a new one? Really the question is whats the best way to move live sand. i heard that moving in buckets will crush living things in the sand. any advice would help. thank you.

skim top of sand as seed for for the new tank, wash the rest clean " place in bucket and insert garden hose :) ", as the bottom layers are where waste and toxins tend to be, put clean sand back into the tank, sprincle on the seed sand and your done..... or you can drain the tank almost empty and move the sucker with the sand still in it.
