New to the Area

Hey guys,
My name is joe and i just joined the maast website. I am big into fish and am new to the San Antonio Area.
Backround
I am from Michigan. I have a 500gal system back there. I have been reefing for about 2.5 years and am currently working at seaworld.

Here are a couple of the querstions I have.

1) What saltwater pet stores are around here?
2) What ones do you guys suggest?
3)DO you guys do frag Swaps?
4) If so when is te next one?

if you are near seaworld, wolfreef, and alamo aquatic are close to you as is pets-r-us. on the northeas side, the is finaddict and fishybusiness, and near the airport is aquatic warehouse. if you head up 281 about 20 minutes, there is cb pets.

i like all of those places for different things. we are really lucky here in sa to have such good options.

You can find addresses to all those places in the menu bar to the left under "Pet Store Listing". Make sure you select the San Antonio tab.

Welcome to MAAST Joe!! :) hobogato pretty much covered the LFS's...we are lucky to have the choices we have here in San Antonio. If I were you, I'd try to work my way thru them & you'll find they all coontribute to your indivdual needs....LR, fish, corals. Along with the meeting/frag swap we'll be having this next weekend....we're planning a Port Aransas weekend trip in July and hopefully can put together another presentation with SeaWorld this year.
