Looks good.
I haven't tried building a glass sump yet.
Were you not able to fit a standard size glass aquarium under your stand and just add glass baffles?

No I wanted it a little wider then a standard tank. It is 25.5"X14.5"X17" about 25g total. LoneStar I could have done that but I wanted the windth and I couldn't find a tank that was 25" in length and 14" wide so I just built it. :D Thanks for the comments

Will you be putting some type of bracing around the top and bottom.

You mean the trim like most aquariums? If so now. THe baffles should hold every thing together. What type of bracing are you talking about?

Yeah I would say if there were to be no baffles installed, some sort of bracing would probably be needed. Since there are baffles in the middle to help support the sides, it should hold well. One thing you can add is Euro-brace pieces along the top edges.

I was talking about the black trim that you usually see on standard tanks.

LoneStar that is what I going to look at when I leak test is if it bows a little to much then I will Euro-Brace it. Ernest as far as black trim probably not because it will be inside the stand no one will see it. Thanks for the comments. I am going to leak test it on Wed. afternoon. I am still debating on drilling it for an external return pump(Pan World 40PX).

Well I leak tested it this afternoon and Found one leak. :( I am going to have to remove the silicone and redo it with new silicone. Unless I can run a thick bead over the old stuff. Which I am not 100% sure I trust even though the silicone on it is only 4 days old. Anyway here a quick pic.
