After 50 hours of burning in I am starting to like the color of my new tank. Here are a few frag shots.

I'm very glad to see another pic of your watermelon, some day I want to get a piece ^_^ I wanted to double check that S.E. meant single ended? It looks really good, I might have to get one. What wattage is it?

The way the challice is growing now it will be 20 years before I have a frag, and yes s.e. stands for single ended the wattage is 400

Has anyone found PAR/PPFD ratings on this bulb?

I haven't been able to.

Does Brian have a lux meter? I think he is running 1 12K over his tank.

GREAT Mike, PM me once you measure.

It would be cool to take measurements with it on the 10kk RF also to compare on your unit.

No, I don't think Brian has one.

Defintly has the deep blue sea affect. A little too blue for my liking though. I wonder how theyd look with a little 10k or 50/50 vho.

I'm with you Jim they do look a little blue although they do go through a major color shift during the first 100 hours. I am 1/2 way there.

I will try to get a good full tank shot when the sun goes down.

Great Pics, love that chalice. I'm doing a little experiment now. I have the left side of the tank with a 10K reeflux and right side with 12k reeflux. I really like them both right now.
