Anyone else having problems sending PMs? I've tried sending Scuba Steve several, and they get stuck in my outbox. My inbox and sent box are all well below 50%.

... and they get stuck in my outbox.
That means he hasn't read them yet! When read they go from Outbox to Sent box.
