Power compact socket question

I was thinking about putting a 2X13w PC both 50/50 over a small nano 12"X12"X12" with 3" sandbed. But the retro that I was looking at here (http://www.ahsupply.com/twox.htm) but the sockets are not water proof. I was planning on having the light about 4" or so off the water. Do you think I will have a problem if so were should I look. Most of the 13w PC retros I have seen have the same GX23 sockets. :wacko I could add 3X13w if the sockets would be good in a canopy with out a cover on the tank. If I go with three I was thinking arranging the bulbs in this order

50/50
6700k
03 actinic
Back
Or swaping out the actinic and 50/50. Tell me what you all think

I'd change out the 50/50 with actinic and change the 6700 to 10K myself.

Or why not just go all 50/50 unless you are going to do a dusk/dawn thing.

I was thinking about it that is why I thought about the actinic. might do the 67k to 10kk swap as well as the 50/50 to actinic swap. Should look like a 14kk look. That is what I am wanting
