I saw it today on their site. It would be nice to try out. I would like to see all the accessorys they have for it (wireless wavemaker and battery backup).

I just ordered 5 of them.

Anyone know what are good fish to put in a saltwater jacuzzi? What am I saying? I can't afford fish. I just ordered $2000 worth of pumps.

You get what you pay for , I dont have the money for these but if they are good quality then the will be well worth it IMO.

They aren't priced out of their competition (tunze) are they?

How much is a controlable tunze that has around the same gph?

the contoller for them can control 10 pumps at once, and with some sort of hi tech wave action, that would be incredible in a very large tank.

That's close to what a Tunze 6100 costs and this pump keeps the motor outside the tank and already comes with a magnetic holder. If it's a good quality product then the price is not bad.

exactly

6100 is $332.93
magnetic holder $51.65

now having said all of that, tunzes are a proven goood quality product, the vorrtech has not even been shipped out, so alot still remains to be seen.

Gentlemen:
Check my thread on the VorTech pump. Hopefully this was just a fluke. I'll keep everyone posted on how they address the problem I had.
