My wife put bird feeders out to attrack birds. Lately we are feeding more squirrels than anything. I caught this guy redhanded eating the bird food.
I say "Strike a Pose or ELSE!" He complied with the request. :P
These guys are fun to watch anyway.

That last pic is messed up, too much free time! lol. A few months back I decided to buy a cheapy bird feeder for my back yard as the fiancee and I like to sit on the back porch. I ended up with the same problem, feeding more to the squirrels, grackles, and fat white wing doves than any of the other birds. Last time I came home and peeked out back I saw the squirrel wrapped around the feeder going to town so I slowly slid open the back door and then ran as fast as I could at the feeder. That dang squirrel almost had a heart attack! He fell 5 feet to the ground and then took off to the back fence as fast as it could and sat there freaked out! lol Of course my neighbors probably think I'm a weirdo but oh well, it was fun :)

I have a squirrel that gorges on my birdfeeder & then jumps up on my birdbath which has a large gargoyle in it - lays out on the wing of the gargoyle all fat & happy. :P

Mark what kind of lens/camera are you using? You seem to be getting pretty close up shots but don't think that guy is letting you get that close. SO you must have one of those "reach out and touch you" lenses.

Hey Rob.
I have a Nikon D70s and was using a 70-300 ED.
Actually I followed him from bird feeder to tree. He stopped climbed up and then huffed and puffed and danced around. I was able to get about 6-8 feet from him. I could not decide if he was gonna attack or not? LOL.

We have a few squirrels at my moms house that will knock on the screen door so they can come and fetch cracked pecans from us. We have a bunch of ducks that we feed corn. Last spring I was out in the back yard and had 2 baby armadillo's that I had to pick up my feet to let him go under me. I tell youwhat those guys REALLY give you an idea of what dinosaurs must have looked like.
