Looks like playthoa or maybe protopalythoa (aka button polyps) to me. I would just leave it unless you just don't like it.

Palythoa are great, especially for making poison darts. Are you planning on hunting monkey's with a blown gun anytime soon? :)

If you decide to remove it put some gloves on. The palytoxin on palythoas is pretty strong.
