I just nocticed what i believe to be bristle worms. They are small in size, the largest about an inch in length and of course very thin. They came out at night. The body is yellow on the ends with black color in the middle. Does anyone know that they are bristle worms and/or if they're safe to have?

Bristle worms are good, especially the small ones. They are detritivores and clean up the fish waste and left over food at night.

ha, longhorn those are some big worms but mine are no where near that size. i'll try and get a pic but i'm pretty sure they are the smaller beneficial ones like gary mentioned.

I did find a huge pink one under a large coral. It got exiled to the fuge. I came away from the experience with a handful of bristles.
