This is what my research poster is going to look like when I go to the American Chemical Society National Meeting this weekend but it will be in the dimensions of 42"x52". I'm still working on it so it is not quite done, I'm just so excited by the way it looks!

Actually, I don't have a MAAST logo in it but I do have www.MAAST.org in the acknowledgements!

Is there a way that you can post a larger or higher resolution picture so that we can view what it says? Looks great so far! :)

Yeah, I can make it very readable but I'm very concerned that this poster will be copied or something in the wrong hands.

I've been laboring on it like a slave. Is there a way to make the poster un-copyable or something? Maybe a pdf would work?

Don't do it, protect your Intellectual Property (IP), this is a public web site !!!!!

I would really like to have it seen, especially by MAAST members, but I just don't want it copied or altered. If there was some way to copyright it that would be awesome but since I haven't published anything I feel it could be vulnerable. I'm starting to think I must look stingy and snobish, but I really don't want to seem that way. This is my first undergraduate research I've done yet so I guess I feel a little special about this one and want to do it right so I don't lose my chance on having a good idea with this research.

I must REALLY STRESS, DON'T POST IT HERE! I work in the research community, your IP is YOURS - if you publish it publicly before you have officially published as "Your Research", you could loose the rights to your property.

We will wait patiently to see your results :)

I feel the same way about my "Inquiry" project I did last semester. I published a 26 page report on the setup of marine aquariums. When I read through again I realized, I left so much out! Funny thing is that marine quariums are outside of my educational subject matter. Thats besides the point though, lol.

Keep your project private until you have "released" it. I am sure that you have worked very hard on it and the last thing you need is problems. Steve is right you don't want him...errr...anyone stealing it! :lol
