Thanks for the compliments guys! I have had that coral banded shrimp since the begining of time(LOL). I have had him so long that he eats out of my hands now. Mature adult coral banded shrimp color up real nicely. Plus he is spoiled. He sometimes gets his own myisis shrimp cube, enriched with chroma-max, and zoo-max.

Bobby was just asking about you the other day when he saw your post on the setup. He is doing GREAT! He is working for Institute for Advanced Technologies(I.A.T). He is the lead Tech for the rail gun that they are testing for the US Navy. Let me tell you this.. I have seen some projectials go through some material, butt nothing as astonishing as this rail gun that they are working on. It penetrates 6, yes 6 4 inch thick layers of hardened steel. Amazing! I will tell him that you said Hi, and I know he already say hi back! Nice to see you back Jim.

I used to live with a guy who's brother worked on the rail gun project. It was amazing....they had to go to synthetic projectiles because they would disintergrate before impacting the steel. They also used to measure force by the shrapnel around the edges of the holes. The first few go arounds, the gun made such a smooth hole, it looked polished! I think they are using ceramic projectiles now correct?

They use several different types, butt right now they are using some type of chavem shell, with a tungsten rod projectial. Chavem is a material invented by the british gov. to with stand missel impacts. I read a little about this material while I was up there, and it some heavy duty stuff. The british gov tested a tank made out of this material against 8 rockets, and Nothing was damaged, and the tank actualy drove off of the test sight. AMAZING! THere is alot more to it butt, that is all I caught during the time I was there.

I don't know. I took the pictures in my gallery with some cheapo lenses (two convex and one concave) that I umm, uhh, borrowed out of my classroom. I put them together in front of my antique Sony digital camera's lens and started snapping pics. I'll post more once I figure out how to put the pic and not the link.

The 105 is a fun lens also 200 Micro (really cool) and the new 105 VR. If you got the funds the 105 VR is the one to get and it can also use a TC.
