thats not really a good idea for a shirt. this forum seems to have alot of younger kids here and i wouldnt want my site to be seen by a shirt that says COME GET WITH WITH MAAST

I'm getting that when I attemp to PM. I'm also getting the below when attempting to get to the forums and it's been like that since yesterday. The only way I get here is by clicking on the latest postings links.
Is anybody else having these problems and is it being worked. It's been almost 24 hours now since this started, and yes I cleared out my cache and cookies etc. to reseet myself. It's like this at work and at home for my account.

Sorry for posting in this topic but it's my only way to get this message out.

You can navigate between forums by changing the Forum number in the address bar (last digit) 2,3 4 etc.

thats what ive been doing. i have each forum i actively participate in bookmarked, so it didnt effect that. but yeah. index.php is borked.

It has been going on since yesterday at 2:00pm. I just go to the bottom and select forum in the drop down. Also, no pm available.

Ummm what is going on??!! I think a nice 'we're working on it' thread is called for at this point. I cant create any new topics or pm anybody and Brian (Greenmako) cant access the BOD forums. If this is true for all the BODs then who is running the show? Oh wait..Chris...the guy with like 2 jobs and a life of his own is expected to also run a website with close to 1000 members if I remember correctly. Seriously, its time for more admins..its not fair to expect one person to run the show. Things will happen, obviously, but its been going on and getting worse since Sunday...4 days. Just my 2 cents.

I administer 2 forum sites for a large and a small car club. About 6000 on line members (30,000 paid members) on the big one. I'm the only adminstrator, and takes me about a 30-60 minutes a day. However, we farm out the hosting - it's something like $50 a month, and they even handle the forum software (vBulletin) upgrades.

Steve Rogers, Chris, and Joshua are the admins. A lot of the software on this site was written by Chris and sometimes it takes his time to figure out what the issue is.

It was resolved. This happens with all websites. We thank you for your paitence. has anyone thought of the fact that MAAST being partially down is possibly the biggest crisis in your life in the last 24 hours. What does that say about us?

Hmm . . I though this was just an info thread on the contest/bash the admins, didn't know there was a vote going on already for the contest. Otherwise I would have voted, and not for that one! :P

If the BOD voted then so be it.. But I think the vote should have been put to the members. Either way I'll wear it. That's not my pick but I will still wear it.

Yes, the BOD voted on the contestants. That was always the plan, sorry if that wasn't clear in the original post. It wasn't unanimous, but we did have a clear winner.

We are working on a source for T-Shirts and plan to get an order placed in the near future.
