Does anyone know why ppm coming from the membrane be around 5ppm then when it goes to the DI unit and it comes out over 150 ppm? I read a few links discussing DI but would it cause the ppm to go up? I did replace these cartridges only a few weeks ago.

did you replace the TFC membrane (DI) or just the others? If not you can always try flushing it. To do this, unscrew the waste water tube and take out the restricter valve, then replace. Connect to the facet and let it run for a couple minutes. If you have any more ?'s give me a PM.
