It looks like it's excreting waste. My soft corals and zoas do that all the time. They only have one opening and it's meant for both purposes.

Its cool, my mushrooms, zoos, anemone, and anything else in my tank with one opening do it quite frequently. You just hardly ever see it happening. My percs clean the anemone when it poos.
