You might check with Matt or Pete first to see if they could build one for less.

I use two of them, they do in fact work well, especially in limited space conditions. Check ebay or RC for a used one.

I bought a CPR-esque refugium someone had made off ebay for pretty cheap. I like it so far.

I'm borrowing a big old 3 gallon one from my friend. The thing works fantastic and the fuge is big enough for you to get pretty creative with it. Mine is full of chaetomorpha. Plus the built in protein skimmer works well enough.

For less than the price of a hang-on-the back, you could build a big one out of a 10 gallon tank, like I did.
