LOL..............That is the way I describe the look vs. the 14K's I had before. The overall look is not as blue, but the blue in the corals seem to "pop" a lot more now and growth is very cool also.

I have 14Ks running right now..i bought 10Ks and didnt like the color, with VHOs and all, i saw a lack of blue..

I really like the 12 k's so far. I have noticed that my corals are starting to color up, mostly the blues and greens. I was using my previous bulb for too long and I'm sure the par was really down.

Yeah, thats why I want the 12K's..I rather have good color vs fast grow..im in no rush to frag anything, so..i like color better.

I have 2x70w (I think its 70w) Super actinic VHOs and 3x250w 14K's (soon to be Reeflux 12Ks) Coralvue. Cant wait to get the 12Ks. I really think its the color i want in my tank..

You should still get pretty good growth with the 12K. Be sure to post some pics when you get them.
