I do not know if any one else has had any experence with this company in the past, but I had an SMS 122 PH monitor/contriller go out an sent an email to them. Recieved an email from them same day, first was some question of warrenty but then they sent an email saying they were repaceing with a new unit and sent some sugustion on the unit. They suguest cleaning the prob every month with vinagar to keep alge groth from the probe.

milwaukee instruments -ME LA PELA!!that means they suck!!I got this colorimeter from them and they shorted me on reagents.Plus it took them almost a month for them to get it to me.I will never do business with them again!I tried contacting them they never respond.BAD BUSINESS!!at least IME.
