I have a 110 with:

A pair of clowns (they laid eggs last month!)
2 chromis
1 4"-5" blue regal tang
1 4" yellow tang

I was looking at getting a new fish.

Do you think I can get another tang? Like a powder brown or a blue-eye?

I absolutely love my regal and yellow. They swim and play together all day. Is another tang a bad idea?

If so, what would be a good option for the fish I have? The tank has soft and hard corals and hopefully a clam in the future.

You're going to run into trouble added a new tang...any kind of tang. If you do you will probably have to redo your rockwork. Make sure you quarentine your new tang. What I have done that seems to work is putting the new fish in the fuge (I have about 20 gal with cheato in there) for a good few weeks, where there is plenty of food. But even after that, dropping it into your tank without doing some re-aquascaping you may run into trouble. Good luck :) .

Yeah, any tang would be a highly bad idea especially with the yellow tang in there. The only thing you need really is a peacful fish that will not eat your clowns, other than that it is all up to you and your personal tastes.

If you must have a tang you could take out the ones you have now and put them in a temporary tank for about a week or so, then rearrange your rocks and stuff in your tank. Then you could add your new tang and your old ones at the same time. Just hope the clownfish don't squeal on you and tell the tangs it is the same tank :lol

A flame angel would look sweet, but they are sometimes not reef safe.

You may be able to put one of the Ctenochaurus tangs in there. A yellow eye or Chevron. Another possibility is a Naso tang. They are dissimilar enough from the yellow and regal that they may do OK.
