Dawn/Dusk effect

How do I create a Dawn/Dusk effect? I have an Ice Cap VHO Ballast running 2-36" Actinics, an Ice Cap MH ballast running 1-250w Hamilton 14K MH and a set of Moonlights in my canopy. I have timers for both ballasts and my Moonlights run 24/7. How would I accomplish this with the current setup?

just have your actinics come on 1-2 hours before your halides and go off 1-2 hours after.

i actually do this twice. my moonlight stays on 24/7, my actinic comes on, then, 2 hrs later, 50/50 bulbs, and 2 hrs later, the MH lights come on. then, everything in reverse at night.
