I was just about to post a new thread about this for today. I have DSL and this is loading slower than my old AOL dial-up.

Anyone else notice that this just started getting worse ever since the Photography Forum was added? Is our site overloaded now? If so, time to upgrade again or ditch that forum as it's not worth sacrificing the entire site for it.

its been hanging up a lot today, from two different computers, two different networks, both DSL.

I merged these two threads since they were the same topic.

Chris is looking into it. He was here when it was pretty slow the other day. At t hat particular time, we hade a decent amount of members on-line (15-20), plus a TON of "Guests". May be loking at another hosting upgrade, I don't think it is the Photography forum, but that's a good one to look into!

Its definitely the server there are no questions as I printed out sheets and showed them to friends that are more pc savy than I. The move was an upgrade, but not enough.

Yup, looks like we may have almost immediately crossed the threshold of the new upgrade. A more expensive step may be in our near future? The BOD will consider after some input from Chris. Also, Joshua, chime in you have anything to offer?

Pete, i'd like to see these sheets you printed up. I'm in a difficult situation not being around during the heaviest hours to see the traffic, which makes it hard to tweak the site perfectly. Any info you have would be a benefit in fixing things.
