Did we change it back so that web members can have an avatar now????

I've noticed several web/new web members with avatars and was wondering.

Not that I mind, but wanted to bring to attention incase technical issues are happening! :lol

They shouldn't.. but I just noticed it too!

I don't care either way....when I joined they let us web members have them then they took them away! LOL
