:lol I had red bugs several months ago, but it wasn't bad and only on a couple of corals so I was able to dip them. Yesterday, while inspecting for pyramid snails, I noticed what looks like red bugs, but they are on my SEIO POWER HEADS. They can only be spotted at night, and it is possible that they are not red bugs at all, but they are red and they are bugs :roll . Also, there are none on my SPS....weird huh? So I'm going to start an aggresive regiment of treatments in an attempt to save my powerheads. With my luck they have spread to the Dolphine and Mag pumps. Additionally, I will write a nasty letter to the Seio company for selling me power heads with parasites.... :lol !!!!!!!!!

Maybe small copepods grazing on the algae on the pump?

With all the shhhtuff that has gone on with my tank in the past 3 weeks, I would fall on the floor laughing if I were to come home and find the whole tank cracked and everything had been laying on the floor dead for several hours. I probably have some strange parasite that nobody has ever heard of and will eventually kill every living organism in my tank..... :) . But most likely just some little goodies that have found a place where none of my fish look to get food.
