I started since conception (2 weeks) to keep a rolling log of my tanks progess. The ph/temp/calcium/amonia/nitrite/ etc...
I think this will help me problem solve in the future, when one of you folks ask what type of history the tank has had...
I was just curious if anyone was as anal as I am trying to be, not totally there yet, but trying...lol

I keep also keep a log. Record all the tests that I do. Though I don't test as often as I should. Kinda let the corals tell me. The leather reacts to Nitrates the brain to Phospates and such.
But keep up with it as it will help in the long run.

I keep a log of every test performed, water changes, and any additives - always have. I also used to keep in the log the date of every fish/coral added, fatalities, general observatons, and any changes to equipment, etc. Many times this let me go back and figure out what was going on when I wasn't as familiar with everything. I don't keep as detailed of a log anymore, but I probably should!

I need some ideals for new corals in my tank. I have the 260 watt odyssea on the tank now...am I safe to try to raise corals that require low/moderate light or moderate/high ?
Also, some very colorful different coral suggestions please for a 75 gal tank..
