I use This one (http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=RF-RFLC&Category_Code=Dosers). My topoff controller controls a solenoid like This one (http://www.autotopoff.com/products/S/index.htm). The RO/DI output runs through the solenoid.

I use the spectrapure one which hooks directly to your ro/di.

I use the setup from www.autotopoff.com. I got the dual float switches and the solenoid. I ran a line from my rodi unit into the attic and down the wall and directly into my kalk reactor. It works great.

Actually, I lied a little. My solenoid feeds into my Kalk Reactor which is how I topoff. Built a little SPDT relay that mixes the Kalk when it isn't dosing.

stupid question?is the waste water constantly running or what shuts it off ?how do you automate the ro/di unit?

Mine uses a kalk reactor also. Hope this makes sense, the water flows like this...

RO/DI unit ------>Spectrapure unit----->JG valve to slow the flow to a trickle----->kalk reactor---->sump (with the backup float valve in case the soleniod on the topoff unit fails).

It has worked well for me. If you go this route just remember to put the JG valve BEFORE the kalk reactor since most reactor are not pressure rated and may leak if you put the valve after the reactor.

You also need one of These (http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewItem.asp?idproduct=KM1671) on the RO/DI unit. When your contoller shuts off the flow, pressure builds up on the low pressure output side and shuts off the source of water on the high presure side.
