Ok, i was getting ready to fill up a 45 gal. container that I have with RO water for a waterchage..When i hooked up my RO unit, the PSI guage didnt move, it was at 0, so i plugged in the pressure pump and it still didnt move. I turned on the TDS controller and the water coming out (whats supposed to be good water) came out as 465 TDS.. :blink ..Any ideas of what might be wrong with it?..Thanks guys!

Oh, its the AquaFX Barracuda 100 GPD

Did the hose going to the RO membrane get bypassed perhaps? Or is the membrane just clogged up? Weird though...

New membrane perhaps? I don't know. Mine got clogged up a few weeks ago where it was just a trickle coming out, not sure if thats what yours is doing though. I know when I unscrewed the holder and looked at it, compared it to the new one, the coils in the older one where fatter than the coils in my new one. (like they got filled up and could not pass any water). I'm sure someone who has delt with those models could chime in here...

Mine has gone down from 100 gpd to 60 gpd. But the TDS is 1 to 2 without the DI unit. TDS before filitering is 195 to 225. I have emailed the company but no response?

Remember that when the water becomes colder, the water output will slow down. Membranes operate better at higher temps, than what we are currently experiencing. And no, do not mix your hot water with cold water. It will hurt your membrane, plus hot water is not near as good of a water as cold.

Just curious, how much water is coming out of your clean water line, and do you have the pressure gauge on the inlet side (water going into system) or the outlet (clean water line).

If you have it hooked up on the outlet side you will probably get no to a very low reading. You should be reading the inlet with the backpressure that is applied by the filter.
